Is there some way to be able to add or exchange the Niimblr logo with our own logo? This will create a bit more trust from clients when sending links to the platform.

I would like to be able to tag some of my project collaborators so they are likely to discover my comments. Maybe create a "special notification" for being tagged?

Sometimes, it would be nice to use a pre-made shape like a box, arrow or similar when annotating.

I am working on a 136 page website. There are sections. Folders would be much easier for me to organise the material and for key stakeholders to work through.

I would like to be able to disable dowloads in a project until I have allowed each asset to be downloadable.

Instead of selecting playback speed through the dropdown menu, assign them to the J, K, L keys that editors are used to using.

Could it be possible to add watermarking of content? This would protect some of my creations a bit better.

Sometimes, I have many video assets that all have the same intro, and it can be really hard to tell them apart from the tumbnail. Can you make an option for setting a thumbnail manually?

Sometimes, I have a few extra steps in my creation process, and it would be nice to be able to add custom columns to reflect my specific flow.

Being able to create teams and organisations in Niimblr could greatly improve how projects are set up and managed.
